Fender adds to their 75th Anniversary celebration of the Telecaster with the awesome addition of the legendary Nocaster.
What is a Nocaster?
Originally produced after Fender had to drop the original ‘Broadcaster’ name — and before the model was eventually given the Telecaster moniker — the Nocaster features a distinctive headstock displaying only the Fender logo. Known as a valuable rarity for collectors, the Nocaster’s mystique only adds to its charm. This American Vintage II reissue model boasts all the features that made the original so enticing: a solid ash body finished with a Nocaster Blonde Heirloom nitro lacquer finish, a substantial “U”-shaped hard rock maple neck with a 7.25″ fingerboard radius, and a set of 75th Anniversary Blackguard single-coil Tele pickups that sing just like the real thing.
