The Taylor GT (Grand Theater) introduces an inspiring new class of acoustic guitar built for serious fun. Designed from the ground-up for maximum expressiveness and playability, the Taylor GT is a totally original, compact body shape that strikes the perfect balance between playing comfort and full acoustic tone.

Reminiscent of Taylor’s Grand Orchestra body, the GT fits between the Grand Concert and the GS Mini in size. Solid-wood construction produces rich resonance and tonal complexity. Taylor’s new C-Class bracing, designed with the same principles as their revolutionary V-Class bracing, gives an added tonal boost.

The GT launches with two models made from Urban Ash. This sonically distinctive tonewood is responsibly sourced from trees removed from municipal areas in California — where these guitars are crafted with signature Taylor attention to detail and aesthetic sophistication.
