St. Vincent Interview at NAMM 2017

With four critically-acclaimed albums under her belt, Grammy award-winning artist Annie Clark (a.k.a. St. Vincent) shows no sign of slowing her momentum. Collaborating with Ernie Ball Music Man last year, her St. Vincent signature model stunned the guitar world with its sleek lines, sharp angles, and all-around cool. Oh yeah, did we mention that this thing also happens to sound amazing and play like butter?

For 2017, St. Vincent and EBMM unveiled four new finishes to the signature axe: Polaris White, Heritage Red, Tobacco Burst, and the very “metal” Stealth Black. We were thrilled to speak with Ms. Clark at the Ernie Ball Music Man booth at the 2017 Winter NAMM show. See what she had to say about the genesis of her signature guitar and her thoughts on the new finishes, as well as some possible tidbits of things to come.
